Here at Advantage, we have a UK based Service Team that provide technical support to clients in London and all over the UK. We provide onsite and remote technical assistance during Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm to small and medium sized businesses.
Our Dynamics support packages can be flexible in that they can be specifically tailored to your individual requirements and costs are calculated based on a number of different factors that add to the complexity of your Dynamics 365 setup such as the number of users supported.
We provide five different Dynamics 365 support packages that are tailored to suit your specific business requirements. All of our packages include basic maintenance and support as well as access to Microsoft learning. These packages can be broken down into the following:
Essentials support package - Includes all of the above
Bronze support package - Includes all of the above plus 10 hours consultancy time, access to UK based help desk, help with basic Dynamics 'How to' questions, help with operational issues & customer portal access.
Silver support package - Includes all of the above plus 20 hours consultancy time, access to UK based help desk, help with basic Dynamics 'How to' questions, help with operational issues, customer portal access, access to Advantage learning content, SLA Backed, 3 hours complimentary training, 2 hours of monthly "technical consultant" surgery access & bi-annual consultant reviews.
Gold support package - Includes all of the above plus 30 hours consultancy time, access to UK based help desk, help with basic Dynamics 'How to' questions, help with operational issues, customer portal access, access to Advantage learning content, SLA Backed, 6 hours complimentary training, 4 hours of monthly "technical consultant" surgery access, a named Technical Account Manager and quarterly consultant reviews.
Platinum support package - Bespoke plan tailored to your exact requirements
Relationships, unfortunately, breakdown. You and your business needn’t stay in an unhappy relationship should issues arise. Microsoft will process a partner transfer at any point should there be no on-going commercial dispute.
As with most contracts a notice period does apply. If you are planning on switching partners, you need to give your current partner at least 90 days’ notice prior to your renewal date.
