Prerequisites
Access to the server that holds the MR install, usually the GP or SQL server
The permissions to launch the MR Configuration Console as Admin
The name of the new company
Process
The process is fairly straight forward, MR needs to refresh the company list within the configuration console to get the new company to appear in Management Reporter.
The steps are:
- Open the configuration console with administrator rights within Management Reporter.
- On the left navigation pane, click Companies.
- You'll see a list of the current companies in Management Reporter, but the newly created one will be missing from the Data Mart.
- On the bottom left, click Refresh Companies.
Your new company should appear in the list and you should be able to open up Report Designer and log right in.
