Case Study: How an AIM Listed Professional Services software provider to the Global Recruitment sector perfected their business through Microsoft Dynamics

The Business 

A provider of software to the Global Executive search market, with their application being used in over 50 countries. Their global offices have serviced over 1,500 customers during the last 3 decades. 

The Challenges 

As the organisation has grown, the need to better manage customer engagement and seamlessly integrate financial transactions, together with the need for better reporting and business intelligence, resulted in a move to transition their existing Microsoft CRM and Finance applications. 

The incumbent Microsoft CRM and Finance applications were no longer supported by Microsoft and in need of an upgrade. Neither did the two applications, provided by their previous Microsoft partner, integrate seamlessly with each other. 

To retain the inherent in-house knowledge built up upon both applications and transition to a Cloud SaaS strategy, the decision to transition their Dynamics CRM solution to the cloud and their Dynamics NAV solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud Finance solution was made.
