As many of us are already aware or have seen that it’s been over ten months since the conflict in Ukraine escalated following Russia’s invasion. With this escalation, millions of people in the country continue to have no safe place to call home with over 10 million having made the difficult decision to leave the Ukraine altogether.
With this in mind, one of our clients, Swim England hosted a raffle at their recent Christmas lunch with all proceeds going to the British Red Cross Ukraine Appeal. As always, Advantage were keen to help them to raise as much money as they could and with it, we donated a number of prizes for them to auction off during this Christmas lunch.
Following the raffle, we’re delighted to reveal that Swim England with some help from Advantage raised over £1000 for this appeal.

Millions of people in the country still have no safe place to call home, and more than 10 million have fled Ukraine completely. Since the conflict began, Red Cross teams have been working around the clock, and your donations have provided people with essential emergency support, including food, water, medical care and shelter.
But the situation on the ground is serious, and things are likely to get much, much worse.
