We are pleased to reveal that we will be providing all our Dynamics GP customers currently on a GP support package additional services on their contracts at a generously discounted rate based on a ‘pick and mix’ basis tailored to their specific needs.
All of our GP customers will be able to take advantage of the following additional services which can be costed up on application and can also be added into their monthly support contract:
- Tailored training – Additional tailored training for applications and/or technical specialist.
- Consultancy services – Regular sessions with applications and/or technical consultant.
- System management – Onboarding new users and managing leavers, maintaining security roles.
- Entity management – Creating/editing banks/cheque books, creating/editing tax schedule, details & VAT reports, creating/editing chart of account codes, company creation, completing company configuration.
- Month/Quarter/Year End Assistance – VAT submission, open/close financial periods, run reconciliation reports, import currency exchange rates for next reporting month, creating new financial years.
- Disaster recovery review and advice – Annual review & testing with your Finance & IT teams.
