Dynamics CRM Keyboard Shortcuts

If you are a regular user of Dynamics CRM software within your business, it's very handy to be able to know the most relevant shortcuts that can help you to improve your productivity and efficiency other than just through your mouse.

With this thought in mind, we've brought together some of the most useful keyboard shortcuts for small and medium sized businesses currently using Dynamics CRM. These shortcuts will largely depend on which version of Dynamics CRM your business is currently using.

Cancel a command,

Close a Window, Tab or Selected List
Tab Move forward to the next field or option
Shift + Tab Move backward to previous field or option
Enter Open selected record or complete command for active option or button selected
Spacebar Open search
Up Arrow Move in upward direction through list of records or options in a group
Down Arrow Move in downward direction through list of records or options in a group
Ctrl + A Select all: Records on current page or text in current field
Ctrl + C Copy
Ctrl + D Delete (only when in edit mode)
Ctrl + K Auto - Resolve lookup value
Ctrl + S Save
Shift + F12 Save
Ctrl + V Paste
Ctrl + Z Undo
Ctrl + [ Move to first tab on the Command Ribbon
Ctrl + ] Move to the last tab on the Command Ribbon
Ctrl + Enter Publish Form Editor customisations
Ctrl + Shift + 2 Open list menu - when in Edit mode
Ctrl + Shift + 3 Move to the Navigation Bar
Ctrl + Shift + S Save and create new
Alt + S Save and close
Shift + Up Arrow Select multiple rows above sequentially
Shift + Down Arrow Select multiple rows downwards sequentially
