Following on from Microsoft’s plans for all customers to move to the new Dynamics 365 Unified Interface revealed last year, the time has now arrived for you to get ready to make the transition to the new Unified Interface.
To encourage you to make this move, Microsoft has said that they will be introducing an optional early transition service to allow you to make the switch and have assigned selected environments for transition in the next 30 days. This will require your approval before it can start.
What actions do you need to take?
If you are looking to see when you are likely to be automatically moved to the new Unified Interface you will need to access the Unified Interface scheduling portal. In order to do this, get in touch with our Dynamics 365 experts who will advise how you can do this and if required we can help you to postpone this move.
It is important to note that after December 1st 2020, all remaining environments will be updated after the October 2020 release wave throughout December. Find out how we can help you make a well planned transition to the new Dynamics 365 Unified Interface.
What will Microsoft be sending out to customers?
Microsoft will be sending out emails to every single customer with a proposed date for moving. You will find that this is delivered at least 30 days in advance of the potential moving date.
