Dynamics 365 for sales has a rich suite of productivity tools for your sales professionals. They work in tandem to bolster communication, deliver an exceptional customer service and help your sales team work more effectively. Here’s four of the most important:
- Deep Office 365 Integration – Want to amend a sales order? Office 365 is directly integrated into Dynamics 365, so it’ll open it up in Word. You can edit it, save the changes and carry on working, without actually leaving Dynamics 365. All using a tool you’ve used for years!
- Skype for Business Integration – Host webinars, send follow up emails and liaise with colleagues in a flash. Skype for Business is integrated into Dynamics 365 bolstering communication between your peers and clients.
- OneNote – The seriously good note taking application comes to Dynamics 365. Any notes, scribbles, photos you’ve recorded in OneNote are added to the customers account in Dynamics 365.
- Mobile enabled – Dynamics 365 for sales is available on a wide variety of devices, including mobile, tablet and desktop.
